This is less than I paid for my TF201 with dock. I've had my TF201 for a couple of months now and I love it. I had an IPad 1 and was looking for a replacement to use primarily for business. I debated getting an IPad 2 (IPad 3 was just way too expensive). I'm really glad I went with the Asus. The added dock and clamshell design make using it in meetings very effective. I hear a lot of folks criticize Android because of a "lack of apps", but I don't buy that. Sure there are more apps available for the IPad, but 99% of them are worthless to me. I have not had any issues finding apps I need for the Android and the gamse that leverage the tegra three processor in the Transformer totally rock.
I'm not knocking the IPad. I love my IPad 1, which my wife continues to use. I just feel that Transformer Prime is an excellent alternative and better meets my needs.
