The image is excellent on this but the menu is hard to use. Matt screen is better than most. Shiny finish on stand is easy to scratch. This is a good deal for a quality monitor.
To me the viewing angle looks pretty close to any other TN panel.
The menu is a bit fiddly to use, but many are, sacrificing ergonomics to keep a slim, unobtrusive little row of buttons.
It does seem like a good price, though an aging non-LED backlit model making color representation a little better but power consumption higher. TYpical TN panel monitor, would pick it over low end Hannspree or Acer but several major manufacturers are selling pretty much the same thing.
It looks like any sort of screen from Asus has poor viewing angles. It's not limited just to their laptops. Read the reviews.
