Got two in..excellent monitors, Bright, huge size...reasonable price!!
This is a good LCD especially for the size and price. Many inputs allowed (HDMI, VGA, DVI and component). The VGA input quality is not the best but the DVI input is excellent. I have had other LCD that was smaller but had great VGA input at 1080p so it's not just an analog issue.
Running dual VW266H monitors. Calibrated with a huey pro (to eliminate the blue tint these seem to suffer from). Would buy again, a lot of bang for the buck. pcmag.com gave it the editor's choice award in October 2009. Contrary to the listing here at bensbargains Asus warranties these for 3 years.
Bought one from Chiefvalue.com and the second from zipzoomfly. No dead pixels on either. Rebate was a debit card, I pad the $3 to get it quicker. IMHO debit card rebates are even more of a pain than regular rebates. If you don't dislike rebates you might after dealing with debit card rebates. Used mine for gasoline, have to pay inside as the gas pumps will not accept them. These have had the same rebate for months, would be better if they just knocked $20 off the price and scrapped the rebate.
I have one of these. Competely fall in love with it. Didn't know before that ASUS makes very good monitor. I like it better than my Sumsung on another computer.
Asus makes the best stuff...their laptops were just rated the least prone to failure
seems a good price for the size but had a asus mb cost me many many problems and dollars narrowing down the fact that it fried hds. cost me 400 just to get a working comp in the end. right out of warranty so still pretty steemed. benq has always ruled though so I stick with them now
