SPDIF out? Really? Why? I like its BI webcam. Still, 28" Hanns is a better choice/buy. LCDs last a long time.
SPDIF Out Port Of HDMI, no doubt most will not use it or the YPbPr Ports + L/R Audio Ports but nice for those who want/need the extra inputs the VW266H provides as is the 1:1 aspect ratio.
I don't think the 27.5" Hanns (that you call 28") has 1:1 or even a DVI input (must use HDMI to DVI converter), correct me if I am wrong.
The Hanns specs say the horizontal viewing angle is 160 degrees compared to 170 degrees according to the VW266H specs.
The VW266H does not have a built in webcam, the VK266H does. I understand that the VK266H webcam is decent but seems to me better ones can be bought separately.
Flylow, this does have 1:1 pixel mapping?
Yes, the VW266H Supports 1:1 pixel mapping. In the tools menu under Aspect Ratio it lists: Full, 4:3 and 1:1.
Price is higher now but still a deal, I ended up with 2 of these. TN monitors are not the best but these Asus monitors are pretty sweet!
