ZipZoomFly.com has the ASUS wl-520gu wireless-g 802.11g 54mbps Router for $47 - $20 rebate [Exp 12/31] + $0 shipping = $27 shipped. It can be flashed with DD-WRT to make it a "super router." [BizRate]

$27 AR for a DD-WRT capable router is a good deal.

#4: It's an open source operating system for routers. It allows more configuration options. You're not limited to the ASUS options.

supposedly you can flash this with the tomato firmware. tomato is a lot faster and friendly to configure.

Damn. I'd pick this up if it weren't for the rebate.

Is the rebate through one of those companies that are filing chapter 11?

Anyone know if they have dd-wrt working on any gigabit/draft-n routers? I have the good ol' linksys and it's great, but most of my machines are now gigbit and I would like to use it if possible.
