Seems really pricey for a "g" router and not much of a deal. I guess if you are interested in the flash-ability it may be worth it but I've seen "n" routers at this price point.
The firmware flashing and the fact that this is a well liked router is the point of this deal. If an 'N' router comes on here at this price point or lower it is going to suck. Just read the customer reviews on the Linksys WRT120N.
N routers at this price point are all refurbs. Nice thing about this one is it has a USB port for printers. Unfortunately, I don't believe Tomato or dd-wrt support the USB port.
Nice dd-wrt router, but not interesting enough until it hits $20.
I think this is a great alternative to the WRT54GL if you want something to run DD-WRT. Much cheaper.
Yea, a bit old, and can get something better for a similar price, if not just a few $ more.
These ASUS routers are really easy to flash. Just load a specific ASUS firmware and then flash it with DD-WRT. Couldn't be easier.
I have this exact router. Flashed it with DD-WRT and I currently use it as a wireless access point and USB print server. Works great with my tomato flashed Buffalo G router. I've also used it as a PPTP VPN client. Great router for the price!
