Best Buy has the AT&T GoPhone U2800A No-Contract Mobile Phone, Black for $10 with free shipping. A barebones, quad-band GSM candy-bar feature phone made by Huawei. Here's the CNET review. Hard to believe, but they still make these, thankfully.

Is this only good for the ATT network?
^ Yes, only AT&T.
You can buy an unlock code on eBay for $6.63 and it would work on any GSM network in the world, but that seems like too much to pay.
