Yeah, works a bunch of rebates, but heck it's a decent enough stuff and a nicer than usual DYI starter. The cooler 95W is compatible, they're giving you two sticks so you can make dual channel heck even the ULTRA case and PSU is nice enough. The one thing is the bottom mount PSU will ingest dust and doesn't come with a filter, although there's tab to hold something you might make something. Also, if you register it with Ultra and there's a Limited Lifetime warranty on the Case/PSU. The only other thing might be pick up a 120mm fan or two and a HDD.
