Zero quality control!
I purchased one for me and one as a present for a friend from Kmart. One was returned 2x and replaced, the other 3x and replaced - ending up getting full refunds for both.
Mine: The first one didn't work out of the box - black screen; returned and replaced - then the second turned on and worked, but the memory card slot was poorly manufactured and closed so I couldn't insert a memory card. returned to kmart and the replacement worked for a few weeks and then the power button dropped into the case! returned and go a refund.
My friends: Worked for a while, then power button fell into the case; replacement worked, but back got too hot to put on his lap; worked for a while, then froze and would not turn on or off. Returned for a refund.
