Not sure how old this is. Software these days can stream 1080p of OpenGL without hardly any strain on a machine. What am I missing here.
#1, this is a capture card with VGA and HDMI inputs. Older capture cards only had inputs like composite and S-VIDEO. You plug a VGA or HDMI source into this card and can capture your video and output with your existing video card.
Note that you have to use your sound card's audio input if your video source is connected via VGA.
