Excellent deal but Belkin network products can be flaky when used with other brands as you can see by the newegg reviews
Newegg reviewers are kind of clueless about wifi, it'll work fine albeit at low signal strength due to their economized antenna so consider your environment and whether it needs an exceptional, can use an average, or would still work with a lower end adapter. Apartment dwellers probably need an average or better, small to medium homes with the router in the middle could get by with low end easily.
