I would have a rugged laptop with a solar panel based shell and kinetic energy harnessing usb charger so I could use something like a grip strengthener to charge the laptop even more. The laptop would also have a satellite receiver and a built in led flashlight.
A GPS... so once i made my boat i could then know which way i was traveling to... wilson will be missed lol.
and true about being in the current bounds of reality or can be something that doesn't exist yet today... I would say in that case a portal gun... so i can open a portal with the help of a friend in society at a liquor store... get lots of corona... then change the portal to a bar with plenty of women... and lure them in to my party beach... thus making it no longer deserted.
