I don't know cheap but I think I'd ante up the extra $50 and do the Tiger Dic i3 Dual-Core bundle. First just a nicer case along with probably the PSU, while the i3 bests this older Regor. On top of that an the Asus mobo even only an H61, should be a better part than this Biostar.
