Since there is no rebate involved, this isn't a terrible deal for $34 with free shipping. Expansion options are seriously limited though. 10/100 Ethernet, one PCI-E x16 slot and only one PCI slot, two SATA ports (one or both ports potentially blocked if you add a PCI card), and only one internal USB header for two additional USB ports (if you want to hook up case-mounted USB ports plus a case-mounted USB card reader, for example, you are SOL). Only one fan header, and it's for the CPU fan.
Can't see saving $10, even $25, to cripple a system this much and gamble on biostar. Would've been a deal 2-3 years ago, "maybe".
Having integrated video might've made it suitable for a basic office box except these days even relatively inexpensive monitors are high enough resolution and have digital inputs so it isn't even suitable for office use in many cases.
