eBay with Black & Decker has the refurbished Black & Decker LDX116C 20V MAX Lithium Drill/Driver with SmartSelect Technology for $39 with free shipping. Features a Lithium ion battery that holds a charge up to 18 months.
I saw this last night at the local Wallie. The head is detachable to attach a circular saw, an impact driver, or a sander... Good idea. Not sure how well it works though. $69.99 at Wal-Mart.
I have this drill and it's quite powerful and compact. Has a LED light built in. Not super duty grade but it is well constructed. For this price, it's a good deal...
20V MAX* Lithium Drill/Driver 20V MAX* Battery Power Lithium Ion Batteries Smart Charge Technology™ Lighter & Smaller 11-Position Clutch Soft Grips LED Work Light 3/8" Chuck
Though it's a sold out listing now, they do have some other potentially desirable options like their 12V version with 2 batteries for $34 (I could be wrong but based on pack size it appears to use larger cells for higher capacity than the 20V version)

They are copying the new Sears modular drill.
The correct model number is # LDX220SB.

It states listing removed for the two links big Dave...
#1, the Walmart link states it out of stock online. I was interested in seeing how much the attachment costs... I bet it can get pricy real quick...
You have to copy the TEXT for my links and paste it into your browser to make it work, otherwise the redirect breaks it.
The 12 volt model looks like you can't stand it up (or isn't stable standing up) like you can with the 20 volt model.
