I've had one for about 2 years. It works much better than I thought it would. It can easily handle limbs and small trees up to the length of the chain bar. You have to oil the chain manually using the enclosed bottle. The charger is slow but you can do a lot with one fully-charged battery. It comes in a nice heavy fabric carrying bag.
It is quite wobbly at full reach. You almost have to drop it on the limb. I wouldn't buy any refurbished since the battery costs almost as much as the trimmer.
