eBay with cpobd.com has the Black and Decker NS118 18.0V Cordless Broom priced at $40 with free shipping. It is not for blowing debris from grassy areas.

  • 2-18.0V rechargeable NiCad battery packs provide plenty of run-time
  • 120 mph air speed for efficient material removal; 3-Hour Recharge Time

useless if not intended to blow debrtis/leaves from grassy areas... spend a few more and get a better model all in one... and I am not a big fan of rechargeable batteries... sure they will last at most 1 year.

I have only ever used cordless brooms.
      They didn't need recharging either.

If it really had 2 batteries, I'd go for it. It shows only one battery.

I have one of these, and it does a good job clearing leaves from my deck and driveway in dry weather.

It really needs multiple batteries to ensure you have enough juice to finish the task.

#6, no that's what #4 said, but #5's "read in between the lines" really said that he uses this to suck on his lame Di[K and he gets off from it easily without worrying about battery depletion.
