Got one on ebay for under $4 delivered. There are a couple models.. one has memory which may remember your presets or continue from where you were listening. Mine does not and it rather sucks for long MP3s like podcasts etc. you can't even FF.

You can break up the long mp3's with mp3directcut and use the skip function.
From the reviews it seems like these are hit or miss. I took a chance on one last time this came around and mine was a miss. These come with no instructions whatsoever. I've tried multiple cards, connections, etc but always get the 'no disk' error. Oh well, seemed like a good idea. At least I only wasted $7.
This thing looks like it should be illegal in Utah.
