Heh, heh.. the liquidation begins. In a few months it will be less than half this price, unless someone finds a way to port a full Android OS to the thing. If you got RIM stock, sell it now. I just don't know what these rodeo cowboy were thinking when they designed this thing. The hardware is great, but the software?... not so much.
In summary - the PlayBook doesn't do e-mail. It MUST tether with your BB Phone to use the phone's mailbox. BONUS - AT&T has blocked the phone update to do this.
I doubt we'll ever see these at "less than half this price". What will probably happen is that RIM will keep them priced ridiculously high for what you get until they just discontinue the line with an "oh well, we tried".
