It is easier to be accurate on this than an iPhone, but a bit slower overall.
#40 I try to buy the Storm at Verizonwireless.com and could not complete the transaction until clicks on select data plan for $30/month.
I call customer service and they confirm that.
My 2 years contract end this month with Verizon and they offer me the Storm for only $50 after $50 rebate and $150 discount.
it takes time to get accustomed to a virtual keyboard.
I think verizon phones all have a lag, to save power. all my verizon phones have had some sorta delay when scrolling or dialing. I've compared with friends phones like sony ericsson, and iphone, and they are more responsive than my voyager.
saw it at costco today. looks pretty nice.
sorry guys, it sure looks nice, but it can't touch my iPhone.
probably all gone by now
Not a great deal if you already have Verizon. I was quoted $500+ to convert. I chose the BB curve. After trying it, I prefer my Iphone 1gen. I was told people showed up at 4am to buy one. Stupid.
Darn I just renewed my contract with T-mobile. Would have signed up with Verizon just for this.
Really #3 no WiFi... wtf RIM? I heard this phone works worldwide #19 similiar to the blackberry curve international edition.
Wow! Nice!
No wifi. No storm.
These are selling out everywhere according to articles on google news
I snagged one this morning. It's no rocket but I like it. The touch screen will take getting used to but it's pretty simple to master all the features. And a biggie for me... unlike the ibomb the Storm has bluetooth voice dialing. There was no way I'd buy a dinosaur crippled with no voice dialing in 2008.
???click click click, anyone has this phone???? i head it keeps freezing , any experience??

I say wait a few more weeks and see what the verdict will be. I'm sure RIM made it competitive to the iPhone and the G1, too bad it's only on Verizon.
i don't see why everyone is complaining that it is verizon only. iphone is at&t only, g1 is t-mobile only, and this is verizon only.
gizmodo had a pretty in good review on this phone. The fact that the entire screen is a click doesn't guarantee you're going to hit the right key with the onscreen keyboard. I type about 30 words/minute on my iphone and it's totally effortless with the touchscreen. It didn't take long for me to get used to it.
Just demo'd one of these today. I feel it's too hard to get used to the screen thing. The click feel is pretty nice, but I couldn't get my fingers over the right keys no matter what
