I'm shocked at how I went into TGI Fridays after so many years and couldn't find anything on the menu appealing enough to eat.
The real bummer to me is no more fajitas. I just don't get it...they were delicious (as delicious as a chain's fajitas could be...).
I knew a restaurant equipment salesman who had been in just about every restaurant kitchen in our several-state area. I asked him which looked safest to him in terms of cleanliness. He put TGIF at the top of the list. He was very critical of most others, even a few that I thought looked very clean but just judging by the dining areas.
