Local Outback has really gone downhill.
We took them up the "Buy one, Get one" deal. My meal was "ok" but very salty. The other meal was horrible; lettuce was wilted and brown, chicken was not cooked, soup was WAY to salty! We complained and they comped it, but still, left the place hungry and salt overdosed.
Trend I've noticed; the more/better coupons, the worse the food.
PS. The place was barely half full at at noon on a weekday within easy walking distance of major hotels and big office buildings; now we know why.
Sadly, I don't think the management "Knows Why".
