Cheapest I've seen this game so far. Picked it up. I live in Seattle so I have to pay tax if I buy from the Steam store, same for Amazon, so it's always nice to find a Steam game tax free!
Paypal worked fine for me, got the Season Pass from GMG for $10.50 with that coupon code.
This game totally rocks and the season pass is well worth it. First two expansion packs were awesome and the thid coming in January looks very promising as well.
