Today only. Home Depot has the Bosch PS20-2A-RT 12V Cordless Litheon Max Pocket Driver for $69 with free shipping. Features 80 in-lbs torque, 10+1 clutch settings, variable speed trigger, universal bit holder, built in LED light, and includes 2 x 12V Max lithium-ion batteries (BAT411A). Lowes also has it for the same price with free in-store pickup.
The Bosch is certainly smaller and lighter but I don't see that as important as having more than 100 in-lbs / 8 ft-lbs torque. Even a typical compact class driver would have about 70% more torque, though also 1/2 lb heavier.
I have the newer version (PS21) but have used the PS20 in the past and it is a lot of power in a small package. For a condo owner it will replace the need for a more powerful/larger drill or driver and the batteries have a nice life combined with quick recharge rate, hard to ask for much more.
Truly the BMW of screwdrivers. Said another way: "It's the Ultimate Screwdriving Machine."
^ seems only suited for very light duty tasks "IF" the specs are right...
Although the 80 in-lbs torque spec seemed wrong as that's really low, Bosch themselves only rate it for 100 in-lbs.

Compare this Craftsman set, even the drill is rated for 195 in-lbs.

... and the impact driver itself rated for 830 in-lbs.
