I bought this drill, along with the impact driver counterpart as a kit, and they are my gbacono drills for 95% of all drilling and fastening operations. The convenience and ergonomics are fantastic, and if you have any doubts about the impact driver's abilities... my brother and I were driving 3" drywall screws into two 2"x"12" LVL beams with plywood sandwiched between them. My little 12V Bosch impact driver beat his heavier 18V Makita on every screw and outlasted his battery too.
