Good price. Unfortunately, no networking. That's a deal breaker.

Purchased a MFC-7340(same features + adds fax capability) last week from Staples for 99.95, after trading-in a worthless inkjet as part of a week-long sales promotion. This MFC-7340 exceeded my expectations, and Brother customer service is excellent.

#2, does it do scanning from the ADF? The specs mention flatbed scanning, but nothing about scanning from the feeder.

it does scan from the adf. throw a stack of pages in and walk away - it scans a stack quite quickly. i'll never use a flatbed again.

I have had a mfc7420 for 5 plus years now and it is still going strong. Pick up your toner and drum on ebay and save even more.

#2 wait until you see how it eats ink cartridges. Also, if the printer is so great, why did you need customer service? I assume you did otherwise you wouldn't know how good it is.
