My last two orders were placed with a discount code. One for free shipping and one for $15.00 off and free shipping. Both orders were confirmed with the discount, but my card was charged full price both times and required calls to customer service for a credit. Make sure to check your card statement after dealing with this company.

I had the same experience as mikegrmi but a quick email to customer service resolved it. In addition, they later sent an email saying they caught their mistake and gave me a $5 coupon.

Check your statements, but they are responsive if they make mistakes.
