Oh, Mr. Game Warden. I hope you can help me. I've been told I could shoot wabbits and goats and pigeons and mongooses and dirty skunks and ducks. Could you tell me what season it weawwy is?

That Yogi is a funny one.
Not a bad price at all for rechargeable spotlights for your car. Anyone know how long the batteries last?
According to the reviews, they hardly hold a charge at all; complete junk, apparently
I have the older version (sold under many brands, made by Victor and relabeled). It uses an unregulated wall wart to charge and does so fine but takes a few hours.
Because it has such a high powered incan bulb it only runs for about 15-20 minutes, same as any other with same brightness and weight. Holds a charge fine, several months and/or until discharged but like all SLA powered spotlights you don't want to let it run down too low or it permanently degrades the SLA battery.
A few years back when Cree LEDs and driver circuits for them became a lot less expensive, I modified mine to use a 3W LED instead of the incan bulb. It reduced brightness some but made it a lot more useful being able to run several hours at a time. With the LED sitting a bit further back than the bulb was it changes the beam pattern, casting broader without a hotspot which I find useful for working in larger spaces, like car repair or lighting up a whole room more evenly during a power outage.
Today you can buy equivalent floodlights ready made, but for the same runtime and brightness it won't be any cheaper, usually more expensive than the cost of this light plus LED and driver circuit if/when you opt to convert it to LED. They do sell a single pack LED version for about $28 delivered but it's not as bright as mine (if their lumen ratings are right) and probably no driver circuit, just direct drive with a resistor limiting current so it will "probably" get dimmer as the battery voltage drops.

I already have twin spotlights...They're called headlights.
I bought the Coleman LED lantern (because of the warranty) and even that doesn't hold a charge for more than 15 minutes.
