It said Free Shipping but when check out they add $7.95 and if I check Standard Shipping or Ground Shipping it said $11.95. What is going on? What does Free Shipping mean? If it is not free shipping?
The Priority mail (USPS) is free (select the button on the top_. You need to pay for UPS with other buttons.
#1, I had that problem too. I chatted with them and they said they were having problems with their website but if I called them they would give me the free USPS shipping. I tried the website again later and they had fixed the issue and the free shipping option was available. If you're still having problems, call them.
Still not fix...what a screw up site. Are you going to give free shipping or not. I hate dealing with someone on the phone. It supposed to be a secured online purchase. If you can't give a free shipping option then don't say it's free shipping. What a waste of my time.
