LOL "Micro ultra-sonic monitor (USM) makes autofocusing quicker and quieter than before" The microUSM is not real USM, it's slow and imprecise and you can't manually correct the focus while it's active. The only advantage it has is cheapness.

Put up a deal on a 70-200mm f/4L and maybe I'll bite.
At that zoom, it should have image stabilization... but then that would double if not triple the cost of the lens.
the description here is NOT for the same lens...
the 75-300 f/4 III is non-USM. it's noisy when it focuses...and it's weak overall.
This lens is a piece of crap.
