      Nice price but tax kill the deal
      New 5D Mark III available for $3499 ( body only)
      5d MKII vs MK III : Key difference :61-point high-density reticular AF (up to 41 cross-type points) vs 9 point. And lower noise under high ISO. ISO up to 25,600 ( 6400 for MarkII)

      this is still a reasonable deal but not as good as the deal back in X'mas.

      The New 5D 3 is a little over price.
