meh. nikon ftw
Pentax..
any specific reason, #1? will any nikon be better or do you actually have specifics to share? or just fanboying it up?
#1: Shut the sewer under your nose.
sincerely,
toddsucks
Dr_toddsucks, did you recently get your doctorate? If so congratulations. I have missed your posts on BB.
wow this is expensive still, i picked it up from pc richards with my long time customer discount for 150 less.
Canon make fine cameras.
only if ben buys it for me.
only if Pentax K7 makes this price
No bargain at Newegg and offered at $769 at A d o r a m a and not a sale price... available every day.
I am fully licensed to practice now.
Thank you for the congratulations. Who knows - the next time you come into the ER to get that light bulb removed, I could be the one operating on you.
sincerely,
toddsucks
I see no issues with this deal. The camera is a great buy. I own the 500D which is basically the same as this. I admit photography is a hobby of mine. The cameras I have own are Sony, Nikon and now Canon. The camera does not make the picture, the photographer does. So you may have the most expensive professional camera and still come out with crap.
I believe many doctors these days do not even know what the light bulb is and might confuse it with one of the balls down there...
BTW, Canon camera is good, I have many of them, but you should consider buy one refurbished Olympus. They are really nice and affordable.
Unless you are a pro, you don't need a camera like this.
According to #14, I am a Pro Pro, because I have two like this. I also have a flash, few spare lenses, and a bag too.
#10 thats body only and after rebate.
Wow congrats. I'm an MD/PhD student in Cali. And I know that screwing the threaded end of the bulb into a lamp base and getting someone to pull the bulb out is case report-approved method. I'm sure the above camera would be a fine piece of equipment for documenting the process. perhaps the 720p video function could be used for 30 fps footage. or assage, as the case may be.
Still waiting for 50D deal...
#12 hits it right on!
toddsucks, Baystate screws you up pretty badly huh?
