i would buy one or two.
#13,
for $50 more you get an additional 75-300mm III Lens with free shipping.
Good camera at a decent price.
Canon 40D blows-not even worth $300 more. If you're going to spend $800 on a camera, don't waste it on the 40D.
#24 is wrong. the 40D is a quality camera.
costco has the Nikon D40 with 18-55 and 55-200 VR lense for 599. Or 550 with the non VR 55-200 lense. tempting
The D90 is a quality camera. The canon rebel XSi is a quality camera. D40 had its uses 4 years ago. That said, if you like the D40, go get it. I didn't like it and I have the XSi.
d40 is still a great camera if you know how to use it.
Canon 40d is semi professional camera. XT, XS, and XSi are entry level camera. So you know which one is better...
40D is nice but a lot more money, but for a little more $, you can get the XSi.
thanks
seems like a decent deal to me
awsome deal

3 frames per sec, seems slow..im guessing this is an entry level camera?
the 75-300 is one of the worst lenses canon makes. think of it as a throw-in if you're a pixel peeper. if you're just snapping away and don't care all THAT much about image quality, then it's alright. as for the body, it's a good deal once again if you're just starting out as a DSLR user.
The mantra "The number of megapixels doesn't matter" sounds suspiciously like "Size doesn't matter."
Hmm. There's always going to be some folks who only like cameras with "big megapixels."
nice price.
Great camera except it won't automatic flash in total darkness. The pictures are great if you use them for work. Dust got into the moving parts of this camera easy and have ruined it.
I have been tracking the price on this camera. This is a fantastic deal.
