I bought this 2 weeks ago for a trip to New York. It's okay, but I am going to sell it and get a Powershot S5 instead. I prefer something more on the digital camera spectrum. Overall, it's probably the best standar def camcorder out there in terms of features and use, but the JVC above has better low-light performance.

Price is $329 before coupon. I was just going to buy it but...

The S5 probably has worse low light performance but does a damned good job at video, considering it's a non-purpose-built feature.

I'm seeing $350 before the coupon code, so this is $315. What happened to the $270 deal?
