I just got one of these. Except for the manual feed, I really like it. (Some engineer got really smart and decided you needed to tell the machine exactly what you were putting in it, even though it didn't have any sensors to tell it what you put in. Almost every time I tried to print an envelope, I got an error message which I couldn't clear without turning the printer off. ) Four calls to tech support and now I can print 2 sizes of envelope without having to set up the machine and the driver.
