      I agree with #1, it's great for the price... i just wish it had an ADF or i could buy an ADF for it and attach it at a reasonable price.

      WTF is your "adf"?

      Can somebody compare this one with the OKI above?

      How is the cartridge costs?

      i've had one for 2 years
      still on my first toner cartridge. printer is fantastic, except for the fact that it has no feed tray, but that's not so bad for me.

      These are usually $100 from Staples. This is a good deal, but the ink goes quicker than most other Laser printers. I have had a brother mfc 7420 for 5 years and printed over 20,000 pages- changed the drum once and toner 5 times. The mfc 7420 can be found for around $150 now.

      ADF = Automatic Document Feeder

      It's used to dropping a large stack of documents on top of the printer and the machine will Automatically Feed each document one by one scanning them until they are all done.

      In this current state... with no ADF, you need to open the lid and place each page one by one manually, scan it, then remove the page manually. Smile

      Decent deal. staples have it new at almost same price if you have a coupon. Toner is not expensive. Supermediastore right now has it 3 for about 60 bucks. it is not from canon but it is acceptable. I have used two. pretty impressive about the printer and toner.
