I had four versions of this printer 4350, 4570 (various variations: "d" and "n") and all of them were flawless. This might be one of the best printers out there -- the scanner feeder never jammed, the printer never jammed, it's very fast, consumes only 1W in standby and delivers great results. And cheap cartridges are available through many vendors. The printer setup might be more intuitive, but for the price it's a great working machine.

Disagree. These days I don't want anything BUT Cannon printers. Paper jamming and cheaper cartridges aside, the printers last as long as HP used to.

I would recommend Dell as well if you are running an office. and require more production.

^ Dell doesn't make printers, they're rebranded Samsung and Lexmark models. Samsung is so-so in my mind but I avoid Lexmark due to excessive microchipping - not just the cartridges but even component boards in the printer so you HAVE to buy new parts from them at premium price, can't even take two brand new *identical* perfectly working printers and swap the circuit boards in some cases... then there's the lawsuits to keep 3rd parties from making affordable ink & toner carts.

You're right. I forgot to mention that I didn't quite know who made the Dell stuff, but I've been pretty happy with what we bought for the office uses. I'm not sure about Lexmark, but I can get the Dell laser cartridges anywhere.
