There is another seller (Top rated 99%+ feedback) sell this for $2.55. Even it is a little higher but the seller is in USA and give you 3 year warranty so you can have some protection. For someone want some warranty protection.

It's showing up as a 3 year warranty only on the picture and one year warranty at the bottom of the auction so don't forget to save that picture..

I never trust warranties from eBay sellers, besides which it may cost the same as the battery to ship it back to them for replacement, or a lot more if you have to mail it outside the US.
