You can get cheap ink for just about any printer. Wait for one of the deals Ben posts from time to time. I love the Canon multi function I purchased years ago.

be prepared to buy a lot of ink with this.
Just thought I let everyone know: all that printers that I've had had broken easily. And they all have been canons. I guess its same with how they make cars: they make them to not last that long so that you will come back and buy more. I have an eariler model of this generation of canon printers. I gently hit on the table top and now sometimes it won't work when I start it up. It rarely happens, but when it does it takes me 30 minutes to get it back working again
