I've had an MX860 for about 8 months now and absolutely love it. There are a couple caveats, of course - you can choose to use WiFi or Wired Ethernet, but not both. The fax autopickup function may interrupt your calls if someone accidentally hits the right phone keys during a conversation, but you can fix this by changing the fax configuration (which is a bit confusing). Ink cartridges are small, but are fairly cheap.

Software provided works on XP, Vista (including 64-bit) and OS X 10.5 and 16 I don't have Windows 7 yet but I assume they'll be supporting that as well.

+1 This is a great printer, period. The fact that it's cheap is a bonus.

I have the MX850, I had to clean the print head, that's it.
A network printer that networks printing, scanning, faxing, even the freaking card reader.

The ink is cheap at Sams Club. A full set for $60.

I said goodby to Epson & the dried up ink tubes years ago & have said goodby to HP. I would still recommend HP LaserJet printers for large volume B&W printing but nothing else.

I even perfer Canon plotters or HP now.
