Great price AND a great camera.

I had planned on getting an SLR but I decided to wait so I settled for the S1000 because my friend had good results with his. It's VERY durable too. I would look around newegg's site for the accessory pack which includes a mini-tripod, case, and extra battery for $15 or so. The extra battery alone is worth the price. I didn't get that and I wish I did.

This is just an updated version of the same camera, it's awesome for the price point.
