Been looking for this unit- however Staples had it before for under $150 AR so this is not greatest deal...
be nice if it took aa's, I dont need another charger that only works with one device.
But you have to always toss the spent AAs (or get a rechargeable setup). I'd rather have a dedicated battery and not have to buy more stuff.
#1 are you sure this is the same camera? I looked back on it's sale history and I didn't see it going for less the $180.
I picked this up this morning at 12 am when it went on sale.
I've been waiting for BF and it saved me a little $$. I'm happy I was able to pick the color, because some of the one's I've seen on sale have only been silver and I really like the way the black model looks.

i have this camera now. it has alot of functions. buttons are too small and really hard to focus in dark places (bars, clubs) in auto mode. upgraded from SD750

I bought it because it's so small! And it shoots 720 video, and has a HDMI port on it. Amazing how they can pack so much into such a small case.
Plus it has gotten fantastic reviews at Amazon.
most people couldn't even get in the staples deal due to limited supply. $180 is definitely a new low for this cam.
