Great camera but I don't think this is a great deal. Beach Camera has it cheaper, Amazon for 259 and even Circuit City has it for $260.

this is a damn fine camera...
This is probably the best camera on the market with the wide angle lens, they don't advertise that enough, get more picture than any other handheld out there. The new models stopped using that wide angle so this is the last of its kind, I owned the model previous to it and they both are amazing.

Better deal for me because Dell charges me state sales tax, while Abes does not (unless you're in NJ). Abes also has the silver model for the same price, but without the free 1GB SD Card.
A great P&S camera to have. I was deciding among SD890, SD1100 and this. At first, I was concerned about the lack of view finder in this one. I have it for about three months now, and found the large LCD screen works much better than the almost useless tiny view finder in the SD890. I am very happy with it so far and carry it with me everywhere I go.
