Seems like a nice deal but the code wouldn't work for me.
SD880IS got much better reviews over this model...
if don't mind losing 2x in optical zoom, but gaining extra .5 in screen size, then go with the Model: SD790 IS. BestBuy sells it for $179.99, no codes required, just go to your near Bestbuy. Its also 10-MP.
