what's with the overload of cameras.
Get the 880IS instead with it's much more useful 28mm equiv. wide angle.
cameras make great turkey stuffers
On the other hand, not many pocket cameras have 5X optical zoom.
not everyone cares about wide 28mm. i prefer zoom 5-6x

5X optical zoom is nice but you better have steady hands or get yourself a tripod.
Hmm, compared to 870...basically the choice of either 10MP and a smaller screen 2.5" (890, this one), or 8MP and a larger screen 3.0" (870)
