SD cards and AAs, but no wide angle..Starts at 36mm

No HD video either, but otherwise, a good buy.

ruffjustice is incorrect, there is NO HD VIDEO, 720P or otherwise.

eats rechargeables but uses only 2 aa a time. plus very slow shooting to 4-5 sec. otherwize it very good cam. it does shoot movie in 640 x480 no hi-def. and it is wide zoom 6mm- 60mm. i bought one last week for 179.99 = freeship .
