I went to the website for this camera and when reading the reviews they all strangely looked like they were written by the same person. Consistent misspellings and bad grammar.
Dino Direct are comment packers... and they're not very good at it...
Just be careful recording any police interaction.

In the land of the free, we can't record police interactions? If they do the job like they should, why would they be worried about being recorded? CROOKS!

You can record police doing their job in a public area (street, park, etc) in every state. If you try and get in their way or act obnoxious in any way then you will suffer consequences. Some states/judges will side more with the police, just keep to your own property/car/public sidewalk, keep your pie hole shut, and you should be good. You can search on Youtube and ACLU for more information.
Disclaimer: I support law enforcement and I exercise my rights. They are trying to do their job and I want to be sure I am not taken advantage of.
You can film cops and say whatever you want. Screw them. This is America. You can say whatever you want. Just don't actually touch them. I'm not a fan of cops that have a problem with you filming them. Viva John Stossel. He had a special on this topic specifically.

John Stossel is an asshat. Sure you can film law enforcement officers but if they ask you to stop or hand over your camera, you'd be silly not to comply immediately.
I find the hatred towards police officers in the above comment to be extremely disturbing and sad. )0: They are good people that die every day doing their jobs to keep us safe and orderly. A country without good law enforcement is a frightening place to be.
Would yould like to be stopped and frisked by the NYPD?
Notice that this camcorder does not support USB protocol? Only MicroSD TF card up to 64 GB. A practical question: does anyone know how long would it be till you run out of space recording with 1280 x 480 resolution in AVI format?
^ AVI does not tie the compression to any particular codec or bitrate, we'd need the bitrate details to determine the period per GB storage.
