I'm also a bit wary of TD rebates after the fiasco a few weeks ago. Also suggest you read the reviews on

Quality is not that good. Bought the 32GB two weeks ago and already had to format it twice due to corruption. Hope the rebate comes thru otherwise will be out mucho $.
