I don't like the color. I prefer the wood color, has a more natural look.

cutco is deceiving. they way they desmontrate (and compare) is usually not apples to apples. Their selling practices is quesionable too. It's a ponzi scheme.

So buy them on Ebay...no ponzi scheme there. I didn't realize they sold these door-to-door with encyclopedias and Kirby vacuum cleaners. I just saw a special on "How it's made" and they had an outside test lab verify that Cutco was the sharpest, and kept their edge the longest. I don't think Cliff from Cheers would lie to the American public...
