    Citi informed my Premier acct is no long free if I don't spend $2400/year on it starting 09/09.

    Don't just get a card with no fees as #2 said, but avoid points cards as they can always alter point values and/or rewards.

    Bottom line is don't get this card.
    Get the sony playstation card so that you can actually get money back for something you're going to use: a PS3!
